Attorney Matthew Maalouf, partner at the Granite Law Group, represents victims who have suffered a catastrophic injury or wrongful death from car, motorcycle, or truck accidents, defective products, or medical negligence.
When you retain Attorney Maalouf, you can rest assured that you have aligned yourself with a compassionate and skillful advocate that will take the confusion, complexity, and guesswork out of what can be, for many people, the most harrowing experience of their life. Matt takes a comprehensive approach, leaving no stone unturned when seeking justice on behalf of his clients.
Matt is an experienced negotiator who works to resolve his clients’ claims expeditiously and efficiently, often achieving high-value settlements in pre-suit negotiation or through mediation. However, as a skilled litigator and trial attorney, Matt has also won numerous jury trials resulting in verdict awards that have exceeded final settlement offers from the insurance companies.
Some of Matt’s recent representative results include securing a settlement on behalf of a client who suffered permanent catastrophic injuries due to a surgical error, securing a settlement from a national manufacturer due to a defective piece of furniture, securing settlements for clients injured in automobile and motorcycle accidents, and securing settlements for dog bite victims.
After graduating from law school, Matt became a decorated litigation associate with a leading personal injury firm in Massachusetts. There, he managed a robust caseload of sizeable personal injury matters for nearly a decade before bringing his talent and experience to New Hampshire. Matt was recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 civil plaintiff’s attorney in the State of New Hampshire in 2022 through 2024, and the New England Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2023 and 2024.
Matt earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University and his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. During his final year of Law School, Matt represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in criminal matters as a student prosecutor in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. Matt was a top competitor on Suffolk University’s nationally-ranked Trial Team. He also served as a founding officer of Suffolk University’s Lebanese-American Law Student Organization.
